  • Sears won%u2019t refund my money but have the returned product

    Caution!! I was sent this dryer by mistake from Sears online. I was told it was the matching dryer for the washer I was ordering. When I got the delivery, it clearly wasn%u2019t the right one. The delivery people said that Sears Online does that all the time. Trying to send that dryer back and get a refund has been nothing short of a nightmare. Long story, short, they picked up the dryer and told me to expect a refund in 7-10 days. It%u2019s day 10 and I haven%u2019t received my refund.   • Ordered wrong item, then won't cancel order.

    I was trying with much difficulty to locate a particular item specifically: Samsung GX-SM530CF Cable Box and Streaming Media Player with Built-In Wi-Fi. Contacted sears store in Hawaii on Friday March 13, 2015 and was rerouted to a Sears customer service agent "Allie" who, after I told her what I was looking for and provided the above model number, told me they have a new model in stock and would ship it to me.   • Customer Service Glitch

    On 09Feb2014, I made an online purchase with Sears for pick up at one of their local stores. As the order did not arrive, I contacted them a week later for an update and I was told that they would contact the supplier and advise. I was contacted by email on 26Feb2014 and told to await a "Ready for Pickup" email and the order center would keep me apprised of updates as they became available.
